 Baton Rouge and Ottawa West accomplished their double-digit growth without any acquisition, but with extraordinary marketing, quality service and retention efforts. Baton Rouge office achieved yet another accomplishment by nabbing third place with 16. The annual convention was held at the Aladdin Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri and the top awards were for franchisee/service center of the year, double digit growth, and top customer survey scores. CottageCare® announced the receipt of distinguished service awards to outstanding franchises of 2009.  "When you consider that nearly 90% of her customers gave her outstanding scores of 9s and 10s, it is quite an achievement," Schrader said."

Crystal Kolbjornsen, owner/operator of the Orlando CottageCare, received an award for Top Customer Survey Scores for the third year in a row.5% growth rate thanks to owners/operators Nate and Ted Phillips.5% growth rate and the award was accepted by Brian Murphy, CottageCare's Franchisor for Canada, on behalf of Richard Hudon.0 or greater, high quality annual operations, adherence to SOP (standard operating procedures) and real growth during the calendar year. Ottawa West office also achieved great success with a 12.

Although 2009 was an enormously difficult time for businesses to survive, four CottageCare franchises still managed to create double-digit sales increases.  Des Moines pushed ahead with a 43. Denver Wash Park office came in a close second with 39.

Recipients were assessed on an exhaustive set of parameters consisting of an average customer survey score of 9. Baton Rouge, Louisiana's Brooks Franklin, Owner/Operator, took top honors as Service Center of the Year 2009.  Brooks' Baton Rouge operation had a fabulous year on all counts.
